Sadly those days are long gone :(

The BT apprenticeship was superb because it taught you EVERY aspect of how
Post Office Telecommunications (as it was then) worked. Even the
"engineers"
now only have basic training for the task they are undertaking and have no
knowledge of the systems further up and down the chain.

When I was trying and failing to get DynDNS working on my HH2 the response
from the Indian call centre was "and why are you wanting to use this
feature?"  Turns out it just DOESNT work on HH2 because although you
put in
myusername.dyndns.org it decides to store www.dyndns.org and tries to
update
that !!!!
