Re: best HD media player to replace xbmc

Hi Simon,

I haven't recently considered it, no. What model would be needed, would the
arcade manage it (sorry if that's basic, I've not read up on which one does
what but I'll have a read during my lunch).

I have a linux fileserver which stores video and mp3 for xbmc. I never
really use the xbmc hard drive apart from to store xbmc itself. Presumably
that would work fine rather than streaming from xp or vista?

How does it stack up against XBMC ? Presumably there are no third-party
apps
available? To be honest, as much as it's nice having additional apps,
really
I only use xbmc for video and music.

Thanks
John
