he,he, good question. It takes me, with the correct hardware, 45
minutes to setup everything. :-) 30 minutes for the DVD install. 5
minutes for the setup wizard, 3 minutes for the generation of all the
screens, 4-5 minutes for the generation of the diskless image for the
Media Director, and 3 minutes for generating the screens for the MD.

Of course, those numbers are ONLY correct, if all your computer
hardware is plug and play (graphics card is important, TV card is
important and NIC is important), your TV provider is in the existing
list, and your AV gear is RS-232 controlled and there are device
templates for all your gear.

Otherwise, it can take you a week or more, depending on your computer
hardware and your AV gear, that you want to get controlled.
