I've been running mine for months, now, with 2x320GB internal disks and
4x500GB USB disks with no such problems whatsoever.

Googling for "Windows Home Server" "delayed write
failure" only returns 9
hits, so I wouldn't say it's a problem that's plaguing the WHS community.
