For Mac VNC I'd recommend Chicken_Of_The_VNC. It may sound daft, but
it's the best Mac OS X VNC client.

(OSXvnc works well as a server. You can even ssh into a Mac OS X box and
run it and be able to view your desktop remotely without having set it
up previously. You probably want to turn off dock magnification though!)
