Re: [OT] ADSL Tale of Woe
LOL, that's weird. I have pretty much the exact same problem with
Eclipse. So much so, that I am currently migrating away from them.=20
Basically for no apparent reason, I will loose my DSL line. Tried all
the obvious, plugged into master engineer socket.. change to spare
router.. different filter.. still no joy.
So, I reported it to Eclipse who can't find a reason for the fault and
pass it to BT. A day later the broadband comes back on it's own.
Eclipse then ring me back up and tell me that BT could not find a
fault and the line is up.
This happened 3 times.. each time Eclipse would pass to BT, but the
broadband would come back on it's own.. BT would then say no fault and
pass it back.
So, I figured I would try another provider. Eclipse has sadly gone
down hill in the last year. I'm hoping my new provider will be better
(speeds and support).=20
Cheers
