Mark, trust me you are not alone. My Eclipse ADSL (Max) has been up

n like a tarts knickers for over a week. Eclipse were blaming BT, BT were

aying no fault. I'm now up again but only at 256k speeds.=20
Two guys at work here (Eclipse is a local co for us) have standard ADSL

have also been having big problems with non existent or very slow service.
Just to top it all we now seem to have lost our SMTP feeds at work and yes

you've guessed it Eclipse are saying no fault! Our corporate service from
E=
clipse is aprox =A3800+VAT A MONTH!=20
I can accept they have problems but its their failure to accurately update

their service status pages and blatantly LIE on the phone that annoys me.
