I've been vaguely following these threads but didn't think I was going to

other doing anything until now. I had 3 accounts (1 x =A360 and 2 x =A320)

all with time left to run but none in 30 period. Is it worth me bothering
(=
i.e. according to the T+C which I've not got, was I entitled to refund?).
L=

Quoting David Paterson <david.paterson@xxxxxxx>:

You say that David, BUT as Chris pointed out, both the companies are still=
=20
going AND Ozan never said they'd gone bankrupt, so in theory the company
is=
=20
still solvent.....=20=20
It costs =A330 to start a small claim for up to =A3300, and it seems you
ca=
n even=20
do this online these days!
https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp
First step though, write and threaten legal action if you don't get the
ref=
und=20
in a reasonable period of time, then file the claim if no refund appears
by=
the=20
date you state in your letter.
The only question in my mind is whether I should be suign Ozan personally,
=
O2=20
hoster, or Network Solutions online..... :(
Anyone a bit more legal have a view on this (with the usual disclaimers of=
=20
course?)
cheers,
Tony
