Hmmmm, did you consider killing two birds with one stone and turning the
Karcher on Demon Spawn?  >:)

Some water companies (I'm with Anglian) allow you to swap back to a
rateable
value within 13 months of having a meter installed.  I used to pay ?28 per
month for water (2 years ago), and since having a meter that has dropped to
?24 per month for this year.  There are only two of us and no plans for
three!!!
