I've been really pleased with the service from the ISDN dept (remember
the ADSL group told me where to go, basically). The chap who did the
internal work even called me seconds after 1pm when he was due
(between 1 and 3.30pm) to say he was on his way after he'd done some
stuff at the exchange.

Took them a wee while to sort it out though, but they came through,
much to my surprise!
