We could mark all on topic posts as OT

then all off topic posts as.. erm OT.

Then setup ukha_d_strict, which all the strict 'ha' could migrate to..

Then they could sit on their low volume discussion group discussing how:
a) quiet it was
b) how they never really found out anything ha related on the list so were
going to unsubscribe and come back to ours and make new friends.


By the way - what does the d stand for in ukha_d:

Discussion?
Dont complain about off topic?
Doh? someone's taking me to small claim court and I dont know how it works?
Delightfully conversational?
