FWIW, I lurk here from time-to-time, although unfortunately don't get as
much time as I'd like to participate. However, it's just a fact of life
that posts will occasionally go off-topic, and even when they do, they do
sometimes veer back on-topic (even if it's a different topic) after a
while!
:-)
I, for one, enjoy reading both the on and off topic stuff when I get the
time... Even the so called off-topic posts often contain information I find
useful (or at least interesting!).
