hello,

you need a premicell (  gsm/mobile interface + line interface )
connected to a very cheap PC running Asterisk SoftPBX , this box also
connected to land lines

for asterisk softpbx i recomend using http://www.trixbox.org/ ; it is
veary easy ro use
