Re: Lynx-R and X-10 Options



Both of those units are for 220 volt dryer outlets (3 prong is old style, 4
prong is newer version). Many homes have a 220 volt outlet by the dryer even
if they have gas so the homeowner can use either a gas or electric model.
However, many with gas do not. There are wire-in versions of those devices
for those that don't have the dryer outlet.
