Well I'll be durned .. the delusional "Group Moderator" finally done did
something useful by providing Robert's address ...

Robert:  Look for a copy of "Anatomy of an Illness: As Perceived by the
Patient" by  Norman Cousins coming to you by USPS.  It has helped many. Pass
it on to someone else after you have recovered (Alas, it is no longer in
print).
