That helps a little. But I'm a little fuzzy on the pulse counter changes
from Rate to Total. There's obviously some sort of control sequence, but
they aren't big on the details. I was hoping to build my own circuit.
Something like this http://jerman.com/ABB%20PDFS/IND-ER-100.pdf provides a
4-20 ma output, which I could read with the Ocelot.
It also talks about restting the Totals a lot. I'd hate to end up with a
100K water bill! :)
