Bill,

Take a look at 'http://jerman.com/dljcmeters.html'.  I've never dealt
with this co, but they do have soutions for my needs.  I have been
thinking of doing something like what you are looking at.  I don't know
what you'd use for software.  If you have an idea, let me know!!
