This is difficult unless you institute rolling codes.

Even systems like Z-Wave and Insteon which only act on signals from
"trusted" sources are easily defeated by recording and playing back the RF
signal. Their schemes prevent accidental intrusion but not deliberate
intrusion. Insteon can use rolling codes and they suggest that approach for
situations that require security.
