On second thought, I don't know if there is any qualifying procedure for ne=
w accounts. They may ask you to pay for monitoring for a year up front or s=
omething like that. Just a guess but didn't want to "lead you down the gard=
en path" ( as the old=3Dtimers used to say) ;->
