In eleven years I've had one battery replacement service call, which I paid
for. I've never had a cut wire or open window or anything that even
required a phone call, much less a service call to my house. A couple times
a year a family member will fail to shut off the alarm soon enough and they
will call to confirm the password. That's pretty much it. And, I own the
system. So, what is a reasonable monthly rate for monitoring?
Best,
Christopher
