This is funny. I've been thinking about this very idea. I was
trying to decide how to phrase myself in saying that I
realise your purpose in the rude replies is to see if you c
ould make me lose my temper and therby "prove" you right.

I forgive you for whatever you do or say. Be as mean as
you like. There's a verse that says, "...But I say unto you,
Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to
them that hate you." It's a tough one to stick to but you
may have noticed I'm kind of stubborn.

I can't say that I will always live up to the standard but I
think I'm stronger than you so have at it. You keep trying
to wear me down and I'll keep asking God to bless your
whole life -- everything in it, your job, your family,
whatever matters to you.

Now any time something good comes your way you'll
have this nagging feeling in th eback of your mind:
"Can it be that...?  Naah, can't be... but what if?"
