There's no record of any complaint on his state record.  Florida makes those
records viewable online.  If he had done something like this, certainly there
would have been a formal complaint -- not just a message to an online complaint
site.  That's not to say that the site isn't useful -- only that this complaint
doesn't prove anything.  Norm and I have had our differences but I don't believe
he did this.
