I think it may be a good idea to have E&O insurance either way, I'm
not a lawyer, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express several months
ago.

I still really think your missing out by not going after the RMR. I
just can't see doing the hard part(prewire), just to let someone else
collect the RMR. Then again, I might just be an RMR whore/junkie
