A couple of years ago I wanted to try using Google Groups instead of
paying Giganews. I created a fake login rather than use my real name
due to the high level of crap in ASA at the time. I don't recall if I
ever posted anything in ASA (might have; just don't remember). Google
doesn't have filters and there are several regular assholes here whose
trash I prefer not to read or if they do I don't yet know how to use
them. I abandoned using it until just recently.
Anyway, I forgot I still had the login until I decided to use Google
again the other day after problems with Giganews. When I went to sign
up Google reminded me I had a login. I found my old password and
logged on.
I didn't even notice the "jim@aol" until you said, "What's with
the...?" I think it's fixed now (will see when this post shows up).
Sorry for the confusion -- no intent to offend.
Regards,
Robert
