Due to the high cost of copper a decision was made to rewind the
transformers rather than replace them, it was determined that the most cost
effective way to accomplish this was to have the counter staff at the
distributor handle the task rather than ship them back for rewinding. It is
my understanding that this was somewhat less than successful, so the
original decision was rescinded and the policy now is to simply replace the
transformers.
