Installing a security system is offered as a comprehensive 2 hour
telephone course free to "qualified individuals" (in other words anyone
with a "Visa" or "Mastercard").  You do have to contend with answering
machines, and email "auto responders", but all that's not "rocket
science".  As the OP will discover, "security" takes patience.  You have
to be patient as Bass searches through all those manuals and the Sentrol
Application Handbook for timely installation "tips".
