Well yea APX could have given you pointers like get a lawyer for
representation, go to the required court appointments, things like that :)

Well I imagine Brinks takes over several hundred ex-ADT accounts, it all
goes around

Sometimes you run into dealers who've taken over accounts like that, they
get reprogrammed back, no biggie
