If the building owner applied for a permit,
to install a commercial fire alarm system in
his/her own building, I'd bet they'd be turned down
for the permit.
And, if the building was in the
owners corporate name, they would not be allowed
to pull a permit as the owner.

I thought you knew it all, Mr. BAss......
