Do you figure the installer also put the transformer
in a switched outlet *before* the customer installed
a switch?

Look, we all know what a rotten outfit P1 is.  They
treat customers worse than Sonitrash.  They screwed
this installation up.  They need to go back and move
the transformer anyway.  If they were a decent firm
they'd move the window transmitters at the same
time as a courtesy (*assuming* they didn't already
know there would be blinds).
