i do, but i do not believe it would be nearly to the extent that it would be
if there were no accountability by opening up the flood gates of socialized
medicine.  i dont mind helping to carry those who cannot carry themselves.
i _do_ mind contributing a single penny to help carry those who simply wont
carry themselves.
