Someone else might know a bit more than I do about this but if this panel is
a real ADT panel it might not be downloadable by anone other than ADT,
despite the Ademco (Honeywell) name. There is a software programs that
identifies the type and version of alarm panel it is communicating with. It
looks for certain information and if ADT is there and you're not ADT then
"click" Off line.
