Re: alarm service contract time length question in CA



Is it residential or business contract?, if you look at the web sites of the
nationals, they normally stipulate for residential contracts a three year
initial term for the rest of the US or two years in California, also I
believe automatic renewals in California are legal, normally they auto renew
for 1 year, in a business environment , I believe you can sign a contract
for as long as you like, the issue here doesn't appear to be the length of
the contract, but rather if you signed a contract at all.
