Me too ! I feel exactly as you do Crash! Many if not most residential
clients really appreciate the personal service and stick with you through
thick or thin ! Some have become good friends.....

I'm on a drive to get rid of as many commercial accounts as I can. I'm
convinced they are nothing but a pain in the neck....difficulty of training
with changes of staff......user caused false alarms which occur regardless
of level of training......stupid, negligent service calls (fork lifts
running into motions)......constant upgrading of calling lists (when they
remember). The bigger the client, the more useless work......plus you as
often as not, have to chase them for money. I love service work, but not the
kind caused by blatant stupidity.....

With ADT takeovers coming in steady at 10 a month now, losing a few
troublesome commercial accounts is a blessing in disguise.....
