Never judge by the yard signs. Call a few local companies and use
internet services like Buyerszone.com or Service Magic. They will put
you in touch with umpteen local companies (and a few nationals). Meet
with all of them. Hear what they have to say without letting them know
you have met with other companies until the end. Let them compete for
your business. And DON'T pay sticker price when dealing with a
national. They will drop price quick as shit if they feel they it's the
only way of signing you up.
