It would show quarterly accounts if any of them were ready to be billed
(billed-thru 01/06 or prior).  The reports are based on the Customer
Billed Thru Dates.  If the date is blank or in a future billing cycle
then it won't show up.  I see most of your billed-thru dates are blank.
I'll be giving you a way to increment those billed-thru dates
(individually or as a batch) once you bill the customer so you can fill
them in and not have to manually update them individually every time
(which is probably why you don't have them filled in now).  If we were
actually generating invoices for you then the dates would automatically
increment, I just don't have a manual way for you to increment them
without actually billing them.  Yet.  Just watch for the new Buttons on
that Retail Billing Report.
