As someone else said, make sure that some of the light switches aren't
X10 or ( I think they're also compatable with) Lutron. They also get
involved with audio and video control too. You might ask the client if
any lights come on automatically or if anything occurs in the household
automatically and he doesn't know why. Outdoor lights going on and off,
snow melters, heat/AC thermostats, outlets that work sometimes and not
others. Both for X10 and other protocols.
