Re: Question on DLS software



I have two of them, an early version and the latest V1.1. No go !! I also
tried replacing the cable but that didn't help either. I really think it
might have to do with the quality of line at the customer's end somehow, and
the modem / software not being able to communicate properly through the
connection. My partner company (who only uses DSC panels), and who lives out
in the country often asks me to connect to his panels when he can over a
rural line. I usually have no problem doing so, which tells me it has to do
with the line connection somehow.
