Dial first and delay the siren...interesting idea. I dont know of an alarm
panel that can do that out of the box (maybe dunno), you could probably rig
a time delay relay on the siren though.

| I don't think I'd want to delay the dialing, but to dial before sounding
| the local alarm doesn't seem to me to be a bad idea.
