What a load of "bullbass" ("jiminex", "bullfrank" - take your pick).
There's no way Robert would've installed a system like that.  His
installations are all *perfect*.  Just like those of his DIY customers, who
after about an hour on the phone with him, can install "circles" around any
trained primate (even the ones that are licensed "profeshunils").
