I'll bet 6 - 700 of your customers are disappointed every month...  That's
30 customers a business day (at an average of 20 every month) that require 2
hours of your time (on average)  If you work an 8 - 10 hour day that's 4 to
5 customers that you can actually help (not counting the days you're on
vacation or out on the Lanai entertaining)...  I guess the rest try to reach
you here or just up and decide to shop at http://www.worthdist.com,
http://www.norcoalarms.com, http://www.tech-man.com/estore where they
actually get *service*...
