Yes.... In the appropriate forum I have asked for advice on technical
matters... For example: When I have a question concerning Amateur Radio, I
do so in a forum that caters to Amateur Radio Ops... I don't go bothering
the Commercial Broadcasting engineers with my questions... Hint: This is not
