This is the kind of customer you call back and apologize to...  For giving
him the wrong pricing for the area he's in.  The actual cost for the service
is "xxx + $100.00", and the cost for the battery is "xxx + $30".  Your
original price will seem to be "a deal" and he'll no doubt try to hold you
to it.  COD!!
