xPL4Java V1.3 available

Howdy,
xPL4Java, the Java xPL framework and server, V1.3 is now available. It's
had quite a lot of work done to enhance robustness (especially in the
server), fix bugs (especially some that affected Windows users), handle
computers with multiple networks better and implement the new "fast
hub
discovery" support.
It also has added support for the proposed xPL protocol changes including
version announcement of device and device discovery.
Also available is a new Java based xPLHub. The hub does not require
xPL4Java to be on the computer to use it -- it's completely standalone.
