Yes the version on xplhal.com is the latest.

xPLHal was never released officially with a V3 or V4 xpllib.
(though I have been running it with a V3 xpllib for ages on my own setup
- and I think a couple of other people may also have been given a copy)

I actually built xPLHal with a V3 xpllib a couple of weeks ago and was
about to pass it to Tony for release - but then all the talk about hubs
came about, so we decided to hold off pending the outcome of the
discussions on here.

I need to get your latest hub deployed to my servers, then I'll build
xPLHal with the V4 xpllib and start testing.
