I've added the extra locations - the main xplproject.org.uk site and
your own site (thanks for the offer - I think 3 locations should give us
enough to both spread the load and offer redundancy).

I've left the version as 1.0, as this is now really the first release
version (the version with one location was really just to clarify the
proof-of-concept).
For any future amendments we'll bump the version number.
