It would present a problem in the following scenario only:
- 1 xpl service
- 1 or more xpl apps
- the service is shutdown

Note that if the user (re-)starts an xpl app the hub springs back to life.

Users that fall into this category should better run the standalone hub
then...

You (anybody else?) find this unacceptable ?
