Hi All,

Please can we avoid any xPL vs xAP discussion on this list in the future.

Discussing xAP from the point of view of hub/scripting support in xPLHal
etc
is fine and totally on-topic but if anyone want's to know about xAP itself
please can you join the xAP group and ask them why they think xAP should be
used.

Myself, and I think I can include the other moderators in this (but if I'm
wrong please feel free to shoot me down guys and gals), are totally biased
towards xPL.

Personally I don't give a fig about xAP, and have always made that
perfectly
clear to anyone I have had discussions with both on/off list.

We moderate new list members to ensure theyre not spammers, and I don't
want
to have to start moderating for xAP stuff too.

And this isn't aimed at the xAP guys on the list, it's aimed at everyone.

Finally, hope no-one takes offence at the above, but a line has to be drawn
somewhere to avoid getting into any heated debates that have no real
relevance to xPL. And this IS an xPL list.

Thanks
Tony
