Can you not stop and restart the service from Control Panel, or is it
really locked up to the point that you need to use the processes list?

You could try www.cytech-technology.com - I can't remember where I
downloaded my copy of the protocol from now, as it was a while ago.

I'll see if I can investigate this further tonight.
