I am done with my first pass at this project. Nobody responded to my
proposed schema. But there doesn't seem to be a lot of people using
Asterisk in the xPL group. That's OK because I have finished my basic
xPL connector.

I have also created an ISO cd that installs Linux, Asterisk, and the
xPL connector. Sort of a plug and play xPL Asterisk box. You can
download it from. http://sourceforge.net/projects/asteriskathome/

I have the ISO on there and also just the xPL piece.
