I can still get it to crash by skipping forward then back using the front
panel commands, sometimes it works sometimes not.  I'll see if I can work
out exactly what circumstances cause it.

Also managed to get it in a bit of a mess when syncing up two units, one
was playing and one wasn't and the one that wasn't stopped responding.  Not
sure if this is a real issue or just the second rio not having loaded the
new rio.bin.  Again I'll try and cause the error in a more controlled way.

That's about it though, so it's looking good.  Brilliant work.
